Recipe: Mint Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 ounce of chocolate mint liqueur
• Dash of shaved chocolate
• Whipping cream (optional)
• Regular coffee or try Dutch Chocolate Decaf

Instructions

1. Brew your regular coffee.
2. Add the 1 ounce of chocolate mint liqueur into your cup.
3. Add some whipping cream if desired.
4. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

Coffee Flavored Milkshakes

Ingredients

• 1 pint of coffee ice cream
• 2 teaspoons finely ground coffee
• 1/2 cup light rum (optional)
• 4 to 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
• Instant coffee powder

Instructions

1. Spoon coffee ice cream into blender.
2. Add rum and finely ground coffee.
3. Blend on high until creamy smooth.
4. Pour into tall glasses, adding a scoop of the vanilla ice cream to each glass.

Amaretto Coffee

Recipe: Amaretto Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup Warm Water
• 1/3 cup Amaretto
• 1 tb Instant Coffee Crystals
• Dessert Topping from a pressurized can

Instructions

1. In a 2-cup measure stir together water and instant coffee crystals.
2. Micro-cook uncovered, on100% power for about 4 minutes or just till steaming hot.
3. Stir in Amaretto.
4. Serve in mugs.
5. Top each mug of coffee mixture with some dessert topping.
